Erin couldn't have been more excited about starting school. She started talking about it when she saw school buses on the road. Her only disappointment was that she would not be riding the bus. The coordinating backpack was an unplanned but cute surprise.
Zoe was ready to go back to school since she went to another preschool last year. She was very eager to show Erin how it all works.
Once we got inside, neither of the girls could be bothered with having their picture taken so I had to settle for them walking down the hallway. This turned out to be one of my favorites. I am also proud to say that no tears were shed... by mom!
Erin must have felt like she won the superbowl since on the way home she asked to go to McDonalds. It seemed appropriate that we go so we waited for Daddy to get home so she could ask him to take her to McDonalds for dinner. Don't you know that her mommy was proud!
