Erin's First Christmas Tree

Yes, it is true, it is not even Thanksgiving and a tree is going up in the Clark household!

While at Target filling Erin's prescription for antibiotics, we wandered through the Christmas decorations to take a peek. This 3 foot pre-lit Christmas tree couldn't have been more perfect for Erin's room. Besides, when you are sick, you deserve a treat! We ran out of energy to put it up after a doctor's visit and prescription pick up, so we waited for the weekend to put it up.

Erin was feeling better and was very excited about having her own tree to decorate. Notice the pink disco ball ornaments all grouped so nicely together at the top of the tree. As much as we talked about spreading them out, we wasted a lot of hot air on that topic.

You will also notice that our family Christmas tree was up, even though we had yet to decorate it. I decided one way to destress the time crunch of the season was to put up the tree before Thanksgiving. We are gone so much over Thanksgiving that we just don't have the time at home to put it up. Problem solved! Since it helped to have that already done and Erin loves turning it on when we are at home, we have created a new tradition... putting the tree up before Thanksgiving!!!!!!!! Erin will be my PIC (Partner In Crime)!

Erin loves holidays and the parties associated with them. The great thing is everything is a party if people are getting together no matter how many!

Erin was especially proud of her tree in her room that she could turn off and on when she wanted to, not to mention there was pink ornaments and tree skirt involved!
