Orchard Great Easter Egg Hunt

Erin loves eggs and going to an Easter Egg Hunt was super exciting. Add to that, that her friend Grace would be there and she was all giggles! She is waiting to have her face painted... bet you can't guess what she asked for? A pink butterfly of course!

Grace and Erin... happily waiting in line to go down the big slide... AGAIN! True to 3 year olds everywhere, they waited in line, would slide down and run to the end of the line. We worked on line manners. They did great except the moving up in line. They were fine to wait in line but forgot about needing to move forward so the older kids wouldn't get in front of them!

Pink Butterfly and Smiles!
Makes me appreciate simple things in life even more!

Caught in the act!
Lots of smiles today!

One of my most favorite pictures of my family!

Bubbles in barefeet!

Shane is carrying Erin in hopes of getting far enough out in the field to let her find eggs. I really do wish that other parents would let their kids get eggs. Crazy thought I know, but really wouldn't it mean more if your child actually got the egg instead of a child's basket full of eggs that the parent got? Just asking...
Anyway, Erin got a few eggs by Shane hovering to give her time to pick them up.

Enjoying the candy from an egg.

Erin was a very good friend who let Olivia get all her eggs out and look at them. We had to talk about how she just wanted to see them, not take them! Grace and Erin had a great time opening each egg to see if they liked the candy that was in them. They were willing to share the ones that they didn't like!
